Overview
The BLUETTI B500K is a 5120Wh LiFePO4 expansion battery that adds stored capacity to a compatible BLUETTI power station, extending its runtime for home backup, off-grid living, motorhomes, and long NZ winter outages. It is an add-on battery, not a standalone unit: it stores energy for a host power station and does not provide AC output on its own.
The cells are LiFePO4, rated for 4000+ cycles to 80 percent of their original capacity, so the pack is built to last through years of daily use. The B500K connects to its host with the included CA90 short cable, and multiple units stack to build a much larger system (BLUETTI rates a full multi-host setup to over 100kWh). It is the current-generation replacement for the discontinued B300S.
