It is always a pleasure to purchase from HB21 as Harry provides such good customer service. My knowledge of solar energy is minimal and I found him very obliging in providing me with extra customer support. I haven't at this stage powered anything with my Delta 2 but it charged quickly. I live in a tiny home so it's great that it is compact. I am 100 percent pleased with the product and recommend buying from HB21.

I wanted something with the ability to power my fridge, ONT/modem, and tropical fish tanks in a power outage. The EcoFlow Delta 2 Max has enough storage to last for hours and charges really fast. It has plenty of ports for powering all kinds of devices and the app is easy to use. It's nice to know I can simply plug it in for an hour or two if bad weather is forecast and it'll be up to full charge. Being able to charge it from the car is also a bonus.The team at HB21 was great to deal with and delivery was prompt.

I bought this unit to run all the filters on my aquarium in the event of a power outage, there was a scheduled outage last friday and it worked great powering everything for the full 8 hours . Also the app is real useful for monitoring things from work.

Bloody great 'support 'and 'unit 'are excellent . All in one unit I just got a second .runs an oven and starlink at about 30 40 watts and an 1800 w oven...... at the same time as charging my tablet and running my laptop. Enough said .

This is a great unit which lives up to the hype. The inverter built into the unit is very capable and easily provides what it says on paper plus a little more. Charge times are fantastic. The only negative is the product doesn't include a solar charge cable like it's predecessor did (but this is documented, so shouldn't be a suprise). All in all, I'm really happy with the purchase. HB21 have excellent communication and are very knowledgably. I'd personally recommend buying from HB21 vs any other Ecoflow retailer.

What a godsend this was during our 6 day power cut caused by cyclone Gabriel! So glad I decided last minute to get one just before we were hit and that a friend was able to pick it up! Customer service and advice about which one to get was 2nd to none and very much appreciated too!
So easy to use which is exactly what I was hoping for!
Not only was this able to keep our essentials charged, it allowed our ECOFLOW RIVER 600 PRO PORTABLE POWER STATION to stay topped up (even when there wasn’t much sun), which gave us the actual ‘power’ to hook up our water pump to get fresh drinking water for ourselves and others in our community.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this solar panel at all. Even this combo - it did well for us!

I stumbled upon this website by accident looking for the most competitive price and I must admit this was one of the best purchase I made this far, the owner was so nice and he explained me all the features of Riverflow. I will surely buy again. Once again thanks mate.

I have had an Ecoflow River 600 for over a year to take car camping - recharge phone, tablet, laptop, USB torch etc. & it was great for that, & easy to re-charge via solar or AC power (plus small & light). However, it is not grunty enough to use for cooking as an alternative to gas when gas is not practicable or safe.
So after a bit of research the Delta 1300 seemed like it was ideal to keep my portable fridge/freezer cold, power an electric kettle, 2 slice toaster, portable induction cooktop as basics, plus USB charging of devices & a portable fan when needed & 12v outlet for a small food re-heater - all this at 14kg which is still just manageable to lift & move when needed.
So, I've just had a 3 night trip where this is ALL I used for the above & by the time I left for home there was 10% power remaining - perfect! Granted I had a brief window of re-charge with solar, but that would account for the remaining 10% as it was brief/overcast, and my panel is only 100w. AND it was cooking for one on this occasion, so with more people more hot drinks, toast, cooking ?- but this was a successful trial, given that I can still use gas as well, and (future) larger solar panels will help with better re-charging on the go. Recharged to 100% on AC in just over an hour ... when back in civilisation.
The only "downside" for some is the lack of the wireless app compared to many other Ecoflow units BUT I barely use it on the River 600, and a few people seem to have trouble with ones on other units, so not a consideration for me & what I want it for.
So - top marks so far!
And ... HB21 were seamless to deal with - supplied a tracking number so I could see where my unit was in the system, and was able to be on hand when it was delivered (a big consideration with naughty people stealing courier drop off items at this time of year ...) Would deal with again, if, as on this occasion, their prices were more than competitive!

Well it is hard at this point to review this product properly as I have not yet really put it too the test but I thoroughly reviewed all the available option here in NZ and decided that this set would work outstandingly well and will serve as a starter basis for my journey into solar power. what I can review is the service so far received from HB21 and I can only say that they have been one of the best to deal with ever period easy super fast delivery keen to assist all the good stuff so I do recommend these guys great service!

Best portable power station out there. Charges all my devices when I need them on the go. Doesn't take long recharge less than 2 hrs.

Our generator and solar panels arrived late last week and have already tried out both. Harry has been wonderful to deal with and I highly recommend the product and the company.
